RULES FOR SPORTS

1.  SSCAF organize championship only for school students.

2.  Every students who is studying in any Government, Private, Govt. Aided or Cheritable School can participate in the Championship Organized by SSCAF.

3.  Age groups for different sports Activities:

4.  Age will be calculate on the 31st December of the championship year.

5.  No team will be entertained with Cordinator or state sports In-charge. verifying the eligibility of players is the duty of state secretary/co-ordinator or team in-charge.

 

6.  Document: Each participate/student/player will submit the following document along with fully filled Registration form.  

     a.  Eligibility form duly signed by H.O.S/Principal and forwarded by State Secretary/co-ordinator. This form is available on this website

     b.  Date of birth Certificate: Certificate Issued by H.O.S. on school letter head with stamp (For the Student up to 9th Class) and 10th Class marks-sheet for others.             Passport/Adhar-card/or any other certificate/card issued by Central or state Govt.            

     c.  Previous year  final exam mark sheet.    

     d.  Copy of N.O.C. by parents

     e.  Certificate of verification of above document (Sr. no. a-d) with declaration by state Secretary/Co-ordinator or team coach/manager.

     f.   Registration fees+ Entry Fee+ I.Card Fee + Charges for Food and Stay. 

6.  Mens/Womens/Senior category is Specially for overage and failure students who are studying in any class upto 12th or passed 12th class within 9 months of passing 12th class. only for 1st year

7.  One state/UT/Unit/State Secretrary/Co-ordinator one Team only

8.  No. of participates in martial art games: maximum 10 

9.  No. of participates in athletics events: Maximum 4 participate in each event each age group.

10. No of particiaptes in Team Games: As per federation rule.

COMPETITION RULES

1.  Games Rules: As per latest rule book issued by the federation/association of concerned game.

2.  Competition Schedule and lot draw/Fixture: Lot draw/fixture will be arranged by the organizer before the coaches/team manager of all teams in the presence of Tournament director/observer.  Organizer will inform all the team managers and coaches regarding the draw and final schedule.  He will also provide a photocopy of the final schedule to every team manager/coach/in-charge.

3.  Time and Venue:  Time and Venue of the championship may be changed  to suit the prevailing conditions. Organizer will inform every team in-charge/coach/manager regarding the change in Venue and time

4.  Equipment/Team Uniform:  

     a.  Equipments e.g, ball, wicket, poles, net etc will be provided by organizer

     b.  Team Uniform/sports kit will be provided by the the state association.  all uniform should have state name and logo with SSCAF, India logo (in front only).

5.  No team will be entertained without Co-ordinator, School or Academy  in-charge, or state sports In-charge.

6.  One team one state/unit/UT 

7.  Matches will be run on league cum knock out system.  The first four rank will be decided  on the basis of last year's result on national school games tournament.          for new games there will be draw for these four ranks. 

8.  Points: in the league matches each team playing one match against each of the  other team in the same group, with three points for a win, one point for draw and         zero point of defeat. 

9.  Ranking of Teams: the ranking of each team  in each group will be determined as follows

     I. Greatest number of points obtained in the group matches between the teams concerned.

     II. Goal/score/difference resulting from the group matches between the team concerned. 

     III. Greater number of goals/score in all group matches between the teams concerned.

10. Groups of Team: Group/pool of teams will be arranged on the basis of total no. of team

     I.  if there are less than 11 teams are participating in the tournament there will be two pools/group.  After seeding lots running from B to A

     II. If total participating teams are 12 to 20 there will be four pool/groups, A, B, C & D. After seeding lots running by D to A always.  

11.  Adverse Condition: In case of Adverse weather/light or any other obstacle in final match or hard line match SSCAF, India will have the right to declare both the              Teams joint winner or joint third winner.

12. Panalty for indiscipline in National School Games

      I.   If a team does not report for a match-except in cases of force majeure recognised by the Organizing Committee- or if it fefuses to continue to play or leaves                  the stadium before the end of a match, the team will be considered as having lost current match.  The match and three points will be awarded to its opponents            team.

      II.  If any team does not present in the match destined for it for any reason, the match referee will call the team by whistling three times with the duration of 2-2                  minutes.  Even after, the team does not appeasr, the opposite team will be declared the winner and the apposite team will be awarded with 3 points and absent            team with 0 marks,

      III. During games the mutual conflicts, abusing referee or conflicts , abusing organizer or conflict, violence , walk-out, withdrawal, not following the rules during                  tournament, leaving play ground before time, etc. all these cases will come under indiscipline.  On all said cases the matter will be handed over to disciplinary                committee.  This committee will examine and recommend penalty.  Once the charge of indiscipline proved the player/team/coach/manager involved shall be                expelled from that current tournament/next two tournaments  Discipline Commitee will recommend the penalty on the basis of merit and de-merit.  Discipline              committee will sent a report to Secretary General in this regard.  Secretary General, SSCAF, India will issue the expel order and sent it to every                                            state/UT/Units/Secretary/Co-ordinators.  Only the concern who is been expelled shall have the right to appeal.  For appeal against expelling from the current                tournament should be made with Chairman Organizing committee.  The Chairman will decide on the appeal and inform all the parties of the cases.  The                          decision of Chairman shall be the final decision on such case.  For appeal against depelling for next one /two tournament should be made to president SSCAF,            India.  President's decision will be final

RULES FOR Cultural activities

1.  SSCAF organize championship only for school students.

3.  Age groups for different cultural Activities: Bellow 5, 6 to 7, 8 to 9,  10 to 11,  12 to 13,  14 to 15,  16 to 17,  18 to 19 Age will be calculated on the basis of 31st Dec. 

4.  Registration of Players and team is compulsory for participation.

5.  No team will be entertained without Co-ordinator, School or Academy  in-charge, or state sports In-charge.

6.  Maximum 5 participate from each age group from every state/UT/Secretary/Co-ordinator 

RULES FOR dance championship

1.  SSCAF organize championship only for school students.  Dance academy is also allowed to participated in this championship but only school going students of dance academy can participate in Dance championship.

2.  Every students who is studying in any Government, Private, Govt. Aided or Cheritable School can participate in the Championship Organized by SSCAF.

3.  Age groups for different cultural Activities: Bellow 5, 6 to 7, 8 to 9,  10 to 11,  12 to 13,  14 to 15,  16 to 17,  18 to 19,  20 to 21 different category for boys and girls

Note: Age will be calculated on 1st April of the financial Year.  One students can participate only in one age group.

4.  Solo dance will be judged on the basis of A. Dress  B.  Promp  C.  Stamina  D. Steps.

5.  There will be maximum four or minimum two pool for every age group.  Minimum for participate in each pool .  Best two participate from each pool of every age will go to quarter finals and winner of quarter final will go for semi final and final.  There will be one winner, One runner and Two third position in each age group.   Medals and certificate will be awarded to Winner, Runners and Third place holders.

6.  Group Dance will be Judged on the basis of co-ordination of participate, theam, and Dress

खेलो के लिए नियम 

१. SSCAF द्वारा आयोजित खेल प्रतियोगिताओ में केवल स्कूली छात्र/छात्राए हे भाग ले सकती है|

2. प्रत्येक छात्र/छात्रा जो किसी भी सरकारी, निजी, या सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त स्कूल में पढ़ रहा/रही है SSCAF, भारत द्वारा आयोजित प्रतियोगिता में भाग ले सकता है. 

३.  अलग अलग खेल प्रतियोगिताओ के लिए विभिन्न आयु वर्ग|

कर्म संख्या आयु वर्ग कक्षा 
१ अंडर -12 या मिनी  पहली से पांचवी कक्षा 
अंडर- 14 या सब  जूनियर आठवी कक्षा तक
३. अंडर-१७ या जूनियर दसवी तक 
४ अंडर-१९ या सीनियर १०+२ /बाहरवीं

नोट- आयु उस साल ३१ दिसम्बर के आधार पर गिनीं जायेगी 

 

४.  सभी खिलाडियों के लिए पंजीकरण आवश्क है.

५.  बिना राज्य सचिव के किसी भी टीम की entry नहीं होगी. खिलाडी की पात्रता और उसके बारे में सभी जानकारी सत्यापित करने की जिम्मेदारी राज्य खेल सचिव की है|

6.  पुरुष और महिला टीम विशेषकर उन खिलाडियों के लिए बनायीं गई है जो १२ तक किसी भी कक्षा में पढ़ रहे है. या जिन्होंने इसी वर्ष १२वी कक्षा पास की है|
